We believe that the Our People Matter Strategy Document (below) has captured, summarised and reflected the desired future direction that employees and families want the QPS to take.
It is important to note the Strategy is not a stand-alone document, it will be underpinned by programs, activities and initiatives spanning across all four priorities developed in collaboration with all our people, the unions and other identified stakeholders.
