The QPS Executive Leadership Team and all Unions are pleased to present the Our People Matter strategy (the Strategy) document.
This Strategy has been developed from over 20 000 suggestions provided by you and your families. We are committed to providing feedback and information to employees at all stages of the Strategy development process. We believe that we have correctly captured, summarised and reflected the desired future direction that employees and families want the QPS to take, in the Our People Matter strategy document.
It is important to note that the Strategy is not a stand-alone document, it will be underpinned by programs, training, activities and initiatives across all four priorities developed in collaboration with you, your peers, your management, your Unions and other identified stakeholders.
