From May – September 2017 the Queensland Police Service, together with all Unions, undertook a formal consultation process with employees and their family members to inform the development of the Our People Matter Strategy.
Key statistics:
- 2300 people contributed to the Our People Matter surveys
- 2119 employees and 181 family members responded
- 30+ workshops held with 850+ attendees
- More than 20,000 ideas and suggestions were put forward
